Location: Pune (NIBM-South)
Experience Required: 5+ years in HRBP or HR management


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR strategies with business objectives in our real estate organization. The ideal candidate will provide strategic HR support, drive talent management initiatives, and enhance employee engagement while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Partnership:

  • Work closely with leadership and business teams to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with department heads to drive HR initiatives that support business growth.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top real estate talent.
  • Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, enhancing employee experience.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Address employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and welfare initiatives.

4. Performance Management & Learning & Development (L&D):

  • Implement performance management systems, set KPIs, and drive regular reviews.
  • Support leadership in identifying training needs and career development opportunities.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to upskill employees.

5. Compensation & Benefits Management:

  • Assist in salary benchmarking, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and real estate industry pay standards.
  • Design incentive plans to drive performance and motivation.

6. HR Compliance & Policies:

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and real estate-specific regulations (e.g., RERA).
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs.
  • Oversee HR audits, reporting, and documentation.

7. Change Management & Culture Building:

  • Support leadership in driving organizational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Promote a high-performance culture through HR interventions.
  • Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HRBP, HR generalist, or HR management roles, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate workforce dynamics, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Experience in talent management, performance evaluation, and HR analytics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS software, MS Office, and data-driven HR decision-making.
