Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identifying targeted customer through emails, reference, Channel Partners Estate agents, interacting with potential customer & finalizing the deals
- Coordinating with Channel Partner, Brokers, and agents for Lead Generation and planning activities for the project
- Preparing Market Survey, suggesting inputs to marketing team in contribute the decision making regarding the New Product launches, Pricing Strategy & Product Positioning
- Participation in other activities like Exhibitions, Promotional Events, Channel Partner meet, Press Conferences & any other promotional activities in Coordination with peers, seniors, other departments, clients, external agencies for smooth functioning of sale deals, & handling customer queries.
- Ensuring good conversion ratio of leads.
- Share proper feedback on leads generated through digital campaign which help improve the quality of leads
- Take Initiatives towards generation of leads through references and conversion of same
- Being face of organization for clients and ensure customer satisfaction
