Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product awareness, engagement, and sales. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product positioning and messaging.
Qualifications: BMS (Marketing) / BBA (Marketing) / MBA (Marketing) / M. Com (Marketing)
Experience : 2-4 years preferrable, Freshers may also apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape and analyze market data to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop and articulate compelling product value propositions and key messages also create targeted marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with product management, sales, and other departments to define and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches. In addition to developing launch plans, timelines, and promotional campaigns.
Sales Enablement: Provide training and support to sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning. Create sales tools and collateral to facilitate the sales process.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns. Utilize metrics to optimize marketing strategies and report on results to stakeholders.
Customer Engagement: Foster relationships with customers and gather feedback to enhance product offerings by organizing and participating in events, webinars, and trade shows to promote products.
Skills and Attributes :
Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and customer insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for articulating product value.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in creating marketing materials and sales collateral.
Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and timelines.
Ability to track and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
