You Will : Help drive the go-to-market plan and ongoing marketing strategy with the marketing team. Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging to be used in product development and marketing campaigns. Develop data-driven lifecycle marketing and cross-sell strategies to promote product growth and retention. Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay up-to-date on emerging growth strategies and tactics. Manage the implementation of growth campaigns, including creating and managing budgets, timelines, and resources. Collaborate with product teams to ensure growth strategies are aligned with the product roadmap and user experience. Building a Growth Plan for monthly, quarterly, and yearly growth projections. Identify target customers, their needs, and how products will meet those needs through surveys, interviews, and product usage. Track marketing program performance and optimize through continuous testing. Assess competitive offerings and promote ongoing differentiation.
Qualifications:
You Have: MBA degree or equivalent practical experience. 1-2 years of experience working in product marketing, growth or lifecycle marketing, or similar go-to-market positions. Experience with marketing and go-to-market in the healthcare/ heath tech markets. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex medical concepts in a clear and accessible manner. Proven ability to blend medical knowledge with marketing strategies to drive business growth. Roll-up-your-sleeves entrepreneurial, start-up attitude, can work independently with little oversight.
