Role & responsibilities
Recruitment of the vacant position and to identify competency skill matrix for each positions and enhance their skills by providing Training and development.
To meet the target of recruitment by filling the vacant position and organising employee engagement events.
1. Recruitment and Selection of Regular and Contractual Staff:
- To Prepare comprehensive Manpower Planning and recruitment of Regular Employees,
Fixed Term Employees and Contractual Staff.
- Sourcing of CVs from Job Portal.
- Sourcing of CV from ERDA Website and Recruitment Consultants.
- Shortlisting of CVs for various positions.
- Planning, Organising and Conducting Interview of candidates
- Issue of Offer and Appointment letter to selected candidates
- Conducting Reference Check and Pre employement medical examination of selected Candidates.
- Completion of joining formalities of the recruited candidate.
2. Performance Management System:
- To organise and execute PMS process in ERP for M2 grade and above starting from
Performance Planning of Goal Setting, Mid - Year Review and Final Annual Performance
Review.
- To organise and execute CR (Confendential Report) of appraisal process for M1
grade and below.
3. Career Progression and Promotion.
- To identify the eligible employees for Career Progression and Promotion.
- To organise, monitor and execute promotion interview.
4. HR Operation:
- To execute all HR operational activites of Transfer, Deputation and Resignation process.
- To monitor and execute Reward and Recognition policy at ERDA.
5. Employee Engagement:
- To organise, monitor and execute all HR Employee Engagement activities.
6. Performance Review FTE (Fixed Term Employment) employees
- Conducting Periodic performance review of FTE (Fixed Term Employment) employees.
- Ensuring Technical written test is conducted by the technical section
- Ensuring Training record is prepared by FTE in ERP as per Quality requirement
KRA's
1. Recruitment of Regular, Fixed Terms and Contractual employees
2. To conduct Performance reviews of FTE (Fixed Term Employment)
employees.
3.To assist in all HR Operational activities.
Preferred candidate profile
Should have experience of 7 to 12 years in in Recruitment, PMS and Training and Development.
Recruitment of the vacant position and to identify competency skill matrix for each positions and enhance their skills by providing Training and development.
Technical
1. Ability to source and recruite the candidate from various sources and ensure candidate is on board.
2. Ability to work for all HR Operation function.
3. Planning, Organising and Conducting Perfomance review of FTE
Behavioural
1. Highly employee centric, employee friendly with positive attitude, open to change and ready to learn.
2. Good Verbal and written communication skill.
3. To work under pressure and in demanding situation.
IT
1. Knowledge of Computers - MS Office.
2. Working knowledge on ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV Preferred)
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Training Module will be added
