Job Title: Sr Human Resources /HR manager

Job Purpose

The HR Professional is responsible for managing and enhancing the organizations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations, policies, programs, and practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding
   
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various roles within the organization.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, job offers, and onboarding for new hires.
• Ensure all employment documentation is accurate and complete.
2. Employee Relations
   
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
• Foster a positive work environment through conflict resolution and engagement initiatives.
• Promote and maintain workplace policies to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
3. Training & Development
   
• Identify training needs and implement learning and development programs.
• Track the effectiveness of training initiatives and employee performance improvement.
4. HR Operations
   
• Manage payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records in compliance with labor laws.
• Handle exit formalities and offboarding processes.
5. Performance Management
   
• Assist in implementing and managing performance appraisal systems.
• Provide feedback and counseling to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
6. Compliance & Policy Implementation
   
• Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and organizational policies.
• Review and update policies, procedures, and employee handbooks as needed.
7. Employee Engagement & Retention
   
• Organize employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
• Develop strategies to improve employee morale and retention.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree/Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 4-8 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in Manufacturing firm
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
• Proficient in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
