Asst. Manager - HR

Role & responsibilities

• To handle Plant HR activities.
• Talent Acquisition, Talent Retention.
• Time Office.
• Performance Management - Ensure timely completion of both goal-setting and year-end appraisals.
• Training & Development - Identify IDP (Individual Development Plan) as per need base, prepare training calendar, execution, and evaluation.
• Maintain HR & Admin systems, policies, procedures, documentation in line with corporate policies.
• Compliance of Legal & Regulatory statutes.
• Liaison with Government authorities & external agencies.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives.
• HR & Admin Budget preparation.

Preferred candidate profile

• 7+ Years of Industrial experience in HR and Admin.
• Competence in HR and Admin functions.
• Knowledge of legal and statutory compliances.
• Knowledge related to ISO, EMS, OSHAS etc.
• Sound business sense and acumen.
• Ability to handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information.
• Good listening skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Cross functional teamwork relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Delivering consistent results.
