Assistant Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities

• Recruiting: Review resumes, schedule interviews, and hire new employees
• Onboarding: Coordinate training sessions and orientation for new employees
• Record keeping: Maintain employee records, including addresses, earnings, absences, and performance reviews
• Policies and procedures: Help develop and communicate policy changes to employees
• Employee communication: Respond to employee questions and complaints, and maintain the departmental email account
• Performance management: Assist with performance reviews, and track and report employee performance metrics
• Employee culture: Help maintain a positive and value-aligned employee culture
• Departmental feedback: Provide feedback to the HR manager on department needs, including staffing and structure.

Skills required :

Candidate should be well versed with all HR,Recruiting channels.

Candidate must be graduate and MBA.

Candidate must have excellent communication skills on verval and written.

Candidate must have 4-7 year of experience of Bpo hirings.
