Nexdigm is seeking to hire an Assistant Manager in Accounts and Finance for Mumbai.
Candidates should be a CA with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience or a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in an ERP environment.

About the department:
The Accounts and Finance practice was set up about 50+ years ago and currently has about 26 people.
The department handles overall Management Information System (MIS) and Finance Data analysis covering developing MIS across all levels of finance function using ERP and data from other sources; formulating systems for budgetary controls and reports; profitability reports of practices; cost data analysis and controls of all entities of the Group, including its overseas subsidiaries

The incumbent will work under supervision and direction from the Associate Director of Finance in formulating and implementing processes. On an ongoing basis, s/he will be responsible for ensuring that the systems capabilities are effectively leveraged to meet the Groups growing needs. It will provide him/her ample opportunities to learn to interpret the financial data and contribute to strategic decision-making.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Essential Skillsets Required:
a) Thorough knowledge of GL Accounting, P2P cycle and O2C Cycle.
b) Hands on experience in handling AP, AR and GL Accounting and Treasury
c) TDS monthly workings, Quarterly Returns preparation and filing including revised returns
d) GST (Workings for GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, 2A Reconciliation and Annual Returns)
e) Thorough knowledge of Accounting Standards and Standards on Auditing
f) Experience in Finalization of Books of Account
g) Audits Statutory and Tax Audits
f) Knowledge of Transfer Pricing and Budgeting would be an added advantage
g) Teamwork and cross-functional Collaboration
