SSC with minimum 2 year of experience in Sales team lead (Real estate Preferred)

Job Responsibilities
Leading and supervising a team of real estate agents, including recruiting, training, and motivating them to meet sales targets.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve team and individual goals, which may involve setting targets, creating action plans, and monitoring progress.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships to generate leads and referrals, as well as providing excellent customer service.
Staying informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive offerings to advise the team and clients effectively.
Assisting in complex negotiations and transactions, especially with high-value properties or challenging clients.
Monitoring and evaluating team members performance, providing feedback, and implementing improvement plans when necessary.
Overseeing marketing efforts, including advertising campaigns, social media presence, and branding to attract clients and listings.
Resolving disputes, conflicts, or challenges that may arise during real estate transactions or within the team.
Providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Managing the teams budget, including expenses related to marketing, promotions, and team events.
Collaborating with team members to set and achieve individual and team sales goals.
Maintaining open and clear communication within the team, with clients, and with other stakeholders.
Staying flexible and adapting to changing market conditions and industry trends.
