Job Description

  • HSC/ Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in Sales team lead (Real estate Preferred)
  • SSC with minimum 2 year of experience in Sales team lead (Real estate Preferred)
  • Candidate should be comfortable in working from office.
Job Responsibilities
  • Leading and supervising a team of real estate agents, including recruiting, training, and motivating them to meet sales targets.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve team and individual goals, which may involve setting targets, creating action plans, and monitoring progress.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to generate leads and referrals, as well as providing excellent customer service.
  • Staying informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive offerings to advise the team and clients effectively.
  • Assisting in complex negotiations and transactions, especially with high-value properties or challenging clients.
  • Monitoring and evaluating team members performance, providing feedback, and implementing improvement plans when necessary.
  • Overseeing marketing efforts, including advertising campaigns, social media presence, and branding to attract clients and listings.
  • Resolving disputes, conflicts, or challenges that may arise during real estate transactions or within the team.
  • Providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Managing the teams budget, including expenses related to marketing, promotions, and team events.
  • Collaborating with team members to set and achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Maintaining open and clear communication within the team, with clients, and with other stakeholders.
  • Staying flexible and adapting to changing market conditions and industry trends.
Job Requirements
  • Must Have Bike.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • This is a field job. Should be ready to travel for sales.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
