Job Description:
Infininza Innovations LLP is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead project acquisition, close deals, and train the sales team. This role is crucial for driving business growth and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, analyze market trends, and generate new business opportunities.
• Deal Closing: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and ensure successful deal closure.
• Sales Team Training: Mentor and train the sales team to enhance performance and adherence to company processes.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Reporting & Strategy: Track sales performance, report insights to senior management, and collaborate on growth strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Masters preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
