Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through client acquisition, retention, and relationship management.
• Identify potential clients and develop strategies to approach them for sales leads generation.
• Manage existing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing) to create effective interior B2C sales campaigns.
• Meeting and represent product features to Architects, Interior designers, Fabricators and clients.
• Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, finance, and production departments.
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, in modular Interior or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of B2C Sales, B2C Marketing, and Sales Lead Generation principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients at all levels.
