Job Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and mentor real estate agents.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
- Set clear sales goals and motivate the team to achieve them.

- Monitor team performance and individual agent productivity.
- Analyse market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.
- Handle escalated client issues and resolutions.
- Foster client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective marketing campaigns.
- Utilize various marketing channels to generate leads and promote properties. - Stay up-to-date with real estate laws and regulations.
- Ensure the team adheres to legal and ethical standards.
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends
- Provide guidance to agents on pricing and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales.
- Real estate license and relevant certifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in real estate software and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of local real estate market conditions.
