Job Description: Team Leader
Job Summary
The Real Estate Team Leader will lead, inspire, and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve sales goals, ensure excellent customer service, and drive team growth. This position requires strong leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of the real estate market, industry trends, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
• Recruit and train new agents to the team.
• Provide daily mentorship, coaching, and motivation to team members.
• Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance against goals.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
• Resolve conflicts or challenges within the team professionally and constructively.
Sales & Business Development:
• Develop and implement strategies to drive team sales and client acquisition.
• Support agents in negotiations and closing deals to maximize revenue.
• Generate and distribute high-quality leads for the team.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Operations & Compliance:
• Ensure team members follow all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, tracking team KPIs, and reporting performance to leadership.
• Collaborate with brokers, lenders, and other industry professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
Client Relations:
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure team members do the same.
• Assist with resolving client complaints or concerns.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven track record of success in real estate sales or team leadership.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems and digital marketing.
• Previous experience in team management or mentoring within the real estate industry.
• Familiarity with local market trends and regulations.
• Strong network of industry professionals and potential clients.
