As a Salesforce QA Engineer, you will be involved in creating and implementing software solutions that contribute to the development of our ground-breaking products.

What you will be doing:

• Writing and developing test cases for functionality under development; test cases will be written based on reviews of user stories and other design documents, as well as verbal discussions with internal stakeholders.
• Supporting the generation of required inputs for testing, including creation of test data as well as using existing data.
• Working with developers, testing thoroughly, using a range of scenarios for each user story being tested, and taking into consideration functionality related to what is being tested.
• Logging defects with adequate detail and retesting once defects have been addressed.
• Conducting regression testing and assisting with load testing, as needed.

What we are looking for from you:

Essential:

• QA manual work experience
• Experience with the Salesforce.com application and overall CRM functionalities.
• Experience in an Agile development environment
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Bug Life Cycle

Desirable:

• Experience in JIRA tool
• Excellent verbal, written communication
