Sales & Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share, achieve revenue targets, and strengthen dealer relationships.
• Marketing & Brand Positioning: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and product awareness.
• Dealer & Distribution Management: Strengthen and expand the existing dealer network, ensuring effective engagement, training, and performance tracking.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to drive sales growth.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams across India to ensure high performance.
• Market Research & Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective strategies.
• Budget & P&L Management: Manage budgets, forecast sales, and ensure profitability.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and key stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 10-15 years in Sales & Marketing, preferably in agriculture equipment, farm mechanization, or allied industries like seeds, pesticides and fertilizer.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading large sales teams across multiple regions.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to devise and execute long-term growth strategies.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the agricultural sector, dealer networks, and distribution models.
• Analytical & Communication Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and effectively communicate strategies.
• Education: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or related fields.
