Export-Import Executive at Malad, Mumbai

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Export-Import Executive to join our team. The Export-Import Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end documentation and coordination required for the companys international trade operations.

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Minimum 2 year

Salary: Up to 30,000/- (Depends on the Interview)

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication. Good Command in telephonic Communication, with Fluent English

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare final export documents as per LC, contracts, and shipping instructions.
• Manage import/export documentation: BL, packing lists, invoices, COO, etc.
• Ensure compliance with import/export processes and coordinate with CHAs for timely shipment clearance.
• Handle pre-shipment and post-shipment processes, including LC applications, amendments, and MIS reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, accounts, transportation) and freight forwarders.
• Provide customers with regular shipment tracking updates.
• Process import LC applications and review export LCs.
