Senior Executive Import & Export

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the import and export processes of goods and materials
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and requirements
• Prepare and manage all necessary import and export documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of import and export activities
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of import and export regulations
• Experience with customs documentation and procedures
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar software
