Logistic - Import/ Export

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee our import and export documentation and dispatch processes. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with trade regulations and optimizing our logistics operations using SAP transportation management and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage import/export documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth domestic and international logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and documentation for compliance and auditing purposes.
• Monitor and optimize transportation routes and costs using SAP Transportation Management and ERP systems.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners regarding shipment status and any issues that arise.
• Conduct regular audits of logistics processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in import/export logistics, including knowledge of relevant regulations and documentation.
• Familiarity with SAP Transportation Management and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs processes.
• Experience with domestic dispatch operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
