Main duties and responsibilities
We are seeking a results-driven and innovative Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies, driving sales Initiatives, and fostering customer relationships. This position requires a blend of marketing creativity and strong sales acumen for leading the discount broking vertical at LKP Securities Ltd.
1. Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
Provide strategic direction for brand positioning, messaging, and market differentiation.
Collaborate with executive leadership to drive overall business growth.
2. Brand Development:
Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong and consistent brand image.
Implement branding initiatives to enhance brand equity and recognition.
Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all channels and touchpoints.
3. Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Analyze market data to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
4. Marketing Media Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive media plans to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition to reach target audiences.
Create engaging content for various multi - channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
5. Business Development
Collaborate and lead the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies for B2B and B2C.
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
6. Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Monitor ROI on marketing investments and make data-driven budget adjustments.
7. Customer Relationship Monitoring & Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
Gather customer feedback and insights to improve products and services.
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
8. Team Management:
Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing & sales team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Recruit, train, and develop marketing professionals to enhance their skills and contributions.
Set clear goals and performance expectations for the team.

Qualification

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
