Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the agricultural equipment sector.
• Sales & Marketing: Oversee nationwide and international sales operations, strengthen dealer networks, and drive marketing initiatives to enhance market penetration.
• Manufacturing Operations: Ensure efficient production processes, quality control, and supply chain management to meet demand.
• Office Administration: Manage overall office operations, optimize internal processes, and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost optimization to maintain fiscal health.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Innovation & Product Development: Drive research and innovation for product enhancements and new developments in agricultural mechanization.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety protocols, and legal requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in manufacturing, agricultural equipment, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to drive business growth and operational excellence.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
