Position Summary:

Gintaa is seeking an accomplished and strategic Chief Executive Officer CEO to lead the company through its next phase of growth and innovation. The CEO will be responsible for setting and executing the companys vision, driving operational excellence, optimizing revenue models, and managing stakeholder relationships. The successful candidate must demonstrate proven expertise in business strategy, operations, fundraising, and leadership within the startup, e-commerce, or food-tech sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement Gintaa’s long-term vision, ensuring sustained market growth and competitive differentiation.
• Revenue and Business Expansion: Formulate and execute strategies to optimize revenue streams, increase market penetration, and drive geographic expansion.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of business operations, ensuring efficiency in food delivery, restaurant onboarding, customer satisfaction, and logistics management.
• Technology and Innovation: Collaborate with the technology team to enhance platform capabilities, leverage data-driven insights, and continuously improve user experience.
• Executive Leadership and Talent Development: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing leadership team to drive the company’s vision and operational goals.
• Marketing and Brand Strategy: Oversee branding, digital marketing, customer acquisition strategies, and engagement initiatives to strengthen market presence.
• Strategic Partnerships and Alliances: Establish and nurture partnerships with restaurant chains, logistics providers, and industry stakeholders to foster business growth.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure regulatory adherence and implement risk mitigation strategies across all business functions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 10+years of executive leadership experience, preferably within the food-tech, e-commerce, or startup ecosystem.
• Entrepreneurial Acumen: Ability to identify market opportunities, manage business risks, and drive high-impact decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Leadership and People Management: Strong ability to lead diverse teams, drive organizational culture, and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficiency in utilizing data analytics to optimize business performance and customer experience.
