Senior Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities to achieve targets, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with clients.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify upsell opportunities and increase revenue through cross-selling.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing) to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  
• Analyze customer needs using CRM software to provide tailored solutions and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in IT sales or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, Oracle products, and software solution sales.
  
• Excellent communication skills for handling inbound calls, outbound calls, website sales, and inbound crm software usage.
