Job Description


We are hiring an IT Sales Professional for a startup entity.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, emails, and networking.
  • Conduct market research to uncover opportunities in IT manpower outsourcing and refine sales strategies.
  • Generate sales from existing clients and develop new leads and customers.
  • Drive business development, marketing, and sales of in-house projects.
  • Leverage knowledge in software development and IT manpower outsourcing to close deals and achieve sales targets.

What Were Looking For:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or IT Outsourcing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for sales and growth in a startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work independently.
  • Ability to understand and explain software products and services effectively.
