Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our team. This dual-role position is critical in ensuring the recruitment of top-tier talent and the seamless management of HR operations. You will be responsible for developing effective hiring strategies, managing recruitment processes, and maintaining HR systems to support a productive and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build a strong talent pipeline using job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align hiring strategies accordingly.
• Develop and maintain an engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

HR Operations

• Manage and improve HR operations, including employee records, HR systems, and compliance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee leave and attendance management systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
• Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Employee Engagement & Lifecycle Management

• Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the organization.
• Conduct exit formalities, including exit interviews, documentation, and feedback collection.
• Collaborate on initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications :

• MBA or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition and HR operations.
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is a plus.
