Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and building strong relationships with hiring managers to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, and networking) to attract potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for feedback and decisions.
- Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on various platforms, ensuring they are attractive and accurate.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely - updates and feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and processes.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Industry Preferred: Manufacturing, IT.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Manufacturing and IT profile.
- Proficiency in using social media for recruiting.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skill
