Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM 6:30 PM (Sunday Off)

Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years in the Same Field

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Required Skills:

1. DGPS (Differential Global Positioning System)
2. Total Station
3. Advanced Excel
4. AutoCAD

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand client requirements, taking off quantities as per site marking and drawings.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) by studying specification sheets and project details.
• Identify discrepancies between BOQ, drawings, specifications, and contract conditions, ensuring logical resolution.
• Monitor and control project costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Conduct on-site surveys and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Prepare project budgets and schedules, ensuring completion within allocated timelines.
• Liaise with clients to understand their construction project requirements.
• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards throughout the construction process.
• Prepare insurance assessments and claims related to the project.
• Negotiate contracts and work schedules with contractors and suppliers.
• Assign and oversee work done by subcontractors at all stages of the project.
• Evaluate and certify completed work, handling subcontractor billing processes.
