Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and supervise construction activities to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Interpret and review blueprints, drawings, and technical documents for project implementation.
• Coordinate with contractors, site supervisors, and project managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and government guidelines.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and updates on project status.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering and site management.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a dynamic environment.
• Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
