Job Description

The Position : Enterprise Sales Manager Technology Sales.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate to sell our open source technology, solutions and services to large enterprise customers in India.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling Technology Solutions and Services, with a good understanding of Open Source Technologies and the ability to drive growth by developing and managing key accounts across India.

Location : Mumbai.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key enterprise customers.

- Understand their business objectives and position Ashnik's solutions to meet their needs.

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to specific clients, focusing on expanding Ashnik's market share in the technology solutions space.

- Solution Selling: Leverage Ashnik's in-depth knowledge of open-source technologies (Elasticsearch, Nginx, Postgres, Cassandra, Kafka) to propose comprehensive solutions that align with clients' digital transformation goals.

- Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective account management, upselling, and cross-selling Ashnik's offerings.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction, deliver seamless integration of solutions, and create up-selling opportunities.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

- Experience: 5 -7 years of experience in a sales role within the technology sector, specifically in selling enterprise solutions and services.

- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of technology landscape in enterprise architecture, open-source technologies and their applications in enterprise environments.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Problem Solving: Proven ability to identify customer pain points and present innovative solutions that address their business challenges.

Education: MBA or equivalent degree is preferred.
