We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our sales team. This role requires an individual with a proven track record in luxury real estate sales with experience either in South Mumbais exclusive market or internationally. Key Responsibilities:

• Source, Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients in the luxury residential space.
• Lead sales initiatives for premium residential projects in Bandra and surrounding luxury neighborhoods.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the luxury real estate sector.
• Provide personalized property consultations to clients, ensuring their specific needs are met with tailored solutions.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and project teams to drive awareness and sales of exclusive residential projects.
• Regularly meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sourcing, luxury sales, with a strong focus on residential properties.
• Experience in the South Mumbai luxury real estate market or internationally is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to close high-value deals and exceed sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the luxury market trends, customer preferences, and key selling points.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
