Sr Quality Engineer

Hiring for Sr. Quality Engineer for Thane Location

Job description:

• Review all project specific procedures for compliance with quality and schedule requirements.
• Prepare and review for approval of Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection and Testing Plan (ITP), and Checklists for all activities, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) etc. for all Civil Work, waterproofing, Finishing and all Interior & exterior works as per Project Specification.
• Maintain & streamline all quality related documents such as mix design, Calibration and validation of equipment's, IER & IOHSR, Material inspection report, Site activity checklist etc. as per standards and process.
• Inspection of incoming concrete for workability, Cross verification of batch sheets as per approved mix at site.
• Inspection of all civil activities, Conventional and Aluminum form work, Post tensioned Slabs, using Rapid Material Development (RMD) System and Rapid Shore shuttering system.
• Inspection of Piling activity from reinforcement coating to final concreting of bore piles.
• Inspection of all finishing activities which included Blockwork (AAC & Solid blocks) Plastering work (Gypsum and cementitious), Tiling activity (Dry & Wet), Waterproofing work, Façade works, Internal & External Painting, Pavements, IPS & VDF flooring etc.
• Inspection of incoming materials as per standards and specifications and as per ITP for the particular materials.
• Conduct Trainings for RMC Technicians and site technicians regarding procedures of testing and requirements to be followed for better production and control over concrete.
• Reconciliation of materials
• Inspection, cube testing, maintaining cube test register
• Preparing Daily Progress Report/ Bar Chart/ Job Requisition/ Material Requisition/ Estimate/ BOQ/ Work Orders/ Purchase Order/ Tender/ Rate Analysis, etc.
• Preparation of weekly/monthly reports i.e. Project Quality Report, MIS Report and Vender valuation as per site defects and process deficiencies.
• All quality related deficiencies such as Site observation & surveillance report (SOSR), Non conformity Report (NCR), Stop work notification (SWN) and customer complaints are recorded and timely closed after site verification.
