Industry: Engineering/Construction

Experience:B.E. (Civil) with a minimum of 6 years of experience OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with 12 years of experience in quality control at a precast plant.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to oversee quality control processes at a precast plant. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards, implement quality inspection procedures, and maintain high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks on precast concrete elements.
• Implement and maintain quality control (QC) procedures in production.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to enhance quality standards.
• Prepare quality reports and maintain documentation.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of precast concrete manufacturing processes is mandatory
• Experience in quality audits and inspections.
• Proficiency in relevant quality management systems and standards.
