Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely delivery of all customer orders while maintaining service excellence.
• Coordinate with the production team to prioritize dispatch schedules based on production plans.
• Ensure adequate stock availability at the head office location.
• Track and verify order deliveries, ensuring proper receipt entry in the system and resolving any
discrepancies immediately.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for process improvement.
• Optimize logistics and transportation costs, ensuring cost-effectiveness in customer deliveries.
• Track transportation costs for each customer delivery to maintain transparency and control
expenses.
• Handle returns efficiently, ensuring smooth processing until goods are delivered back to the plant
and GRN is generated in the system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the plant, logistics, and sales teams for seamless
operations.
• Independently resolve operational issues, ensuring minimal disruptions.
Qualifications & Skills:
• MBA in operations/logistics/supply chain management.
• Minimum 3 years experience in mid-size industries.
• Proven experience in operations, supply chain and logistics management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to work independently.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams.
