Assistant Manager E-commerce

What Youll Do:

• Sales Growth: Be the driver of sales performance across our e-commerce platforms. Execute promotional campaigns and tap into customer shopping trends to inform our product assortment and spot opportunities.
• Customer Experience: Ensure our online stores are not just functional, but visually stunning, easy to navigate, and always updated with the latest content.
• Marketplace Expansion: Manage our presence across various marketplaces while also keeping an eye on our own e-commerce website. Make sure Bazana is available to all the right audiences.
• Platform Optimization: Improve the customer experience, streamline order fulfillment, and ensure the digital platform runs like a well-oiled machine.
• SEO & Ads: Optimize our paid campaigns using SEO, Google Ads, and other tools to increase visibility and drive traffic.
• Traffic & Sales Monitoring: Keep a close watch on website traffic and sales, identifying areas for improvement.
• Partnerships: Identify strategic partnerships that can fuel our growth, and be the one to execute and nurture these collaborations.
• Team Leadership: Lead a talented team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from inventory management to P&L responsibilities.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional service to keep our customers coming back.
• Reporting & Analysis: Analyze sales, promotions, and marketing activities to prepare actionable insights.
• Innovation: Be forward-thinking. Look for ways to optimize systems and improve the overall operations.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities

Education & Experience:

• Graduate/MBA
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
