Asst Manager - Production (Cashew Processing Industry Only)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee cashew processing operations to ensure smooth workflow, production efficiency, and

adherence to quality standards.

• Lead and optimize the peeling process to achieve high efficiency and effectiveness.

• Drive manual cashew scrapping efficiency, ensuring workers meet productivity targets and

quality standards.

• Ensure accurate and efficient grading of cashew kernels, maintaining consistency with specified

grading criteria.

• Manage the packing department, overseeing packaging processes to maintain quality, safety,

and compliance standards.

• Address and resolve quality complaints promptly, taking corrective actions to prevent

recurrence.

• Independently resolve minor operational issues that arise during production.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in peeling and grading.

• Knowledge of quality control principles for cashew kernels.

• Problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve operational issues independently.

Key Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cashew peeling and sorting.

• Proficiency in Hindi is essential.
