Preparation & Execution of production planning.

Coordinate with purchase team to ensure required RM and miscellaneous items timely available.

Ensure monitoring of online document related to production activity like BMRs, ECRs, BPRs, logbooks and daily record.

Interaction with warehouse/ QC for material availability/ release of raw material and packing material.

Review of URS, validation protocol /report and Qualification documents .

Investigation of deviation / OOS and market complain/ OOT jointly with QA.

Verification of Raw material/ packing material/ cleaning material issued by warehouse.

To carry out process validation/ cleaning validation.

Manufacturing of KSM / Intermediate /API as per delivery schedule and production plan.

Ensuring all the works are carried out as per GMP compliance and reporting of deviation if any.

Issuance of the Raw material /cleaning material /packaging material from warehouse.

Review of BMR/ BPR/ECR/SOP/ equipment master list.

Ensure preventive maintenance of the equipment / HVAC is carried out as per schedule.

Ensure Calibration of the instrument is carried out as per schedule.

Monitoring and controlling safe environments.
