Should be well versed in GMP requirements
Should have completely softgel manufacturing background (Medicament, Gelatin and encapsulation)Should have knowledge of encapsulation and manufacturing troubleshooting
Should have sufficient exposure to regulatory audits and must have worked in a foreign regulatory body (USFDA/MHRA/TGA) approved company for at least 3 years.
Should have through knowledge of QMS documents used in shop floor
Should be able to prepare BMR/BPR/SOP for softgel process
