Position Summary: The position will play a critical role in supporting the business development
and application support for industrial adhesives. Work closely with customers, internal teams,
and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the successful application, performance, and
promotion of adhesive products in various industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Support and Technical Expertise:

• Provide expert-level support for industrial adhesive applications, including guidance on proper product selection, surface preparation, and adhesion techniques.
• Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, technical presentations, and product testing to showcase adhesive solutions.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions to optimize product performance in their manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to adhesive applications, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

Customer Engagement:

• Work closely with customers to understand their application requirements and provide technical support throughout the product lifecycle.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while exploring new business opportunities.
• Act as the point of contact for all technical inquiries from customers and ensure timely responses.

Sales Support:

• Collaborate with the sales team to support sales efforts, including providing technical input for product proposals and customer presentations.
• Contribute to sales meetings and help identify potential business opportunities within the industrial sector.

Product Knowledge and Market Insights:

• Stay up to date with the latest trends, innovations, and technologies in the adhesive industry.
• Gather market intelligence on customer needs, competitor products, and emerging market opportunities.
• Share market insights and customer feedback with the product development and marketing teams.

Training and Development:

• Provide training and mentoring to junior engineers, sales staff, and customers on adhesive applications and best practices.
• Conduct internal training sessions to improve the technical knowledge of the team.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare technical reports, test data, and application performance reports for internal teams and customers.
• Regularly update the RSM/Sr.ASM or NSM on project status, customer feedback, and market developments.
