• Ensure smooth production final assembly process by monitoring and coordinating with various departments.
  
• Implement kaizen initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
  
• Handle manpower effectively to achieve targets and maintain high levels of performance.
  
• Identify areas for improvement (scrap reduction) and implement Poka Yoke solutions to minimize waste.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to machinery maintenance, tooling, and equipment.
