Role & responsibilities
The General and Operations Manager will plan and oversee the daily operations of the organization to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Plans and organizes daily activities related to production and operations.
2. Measures productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.
3. Coordinates with other support departments such as purchase and logistics to ensure successful production operations.
4. Oversees the shipping and receiving functions.
5. Determines labour needs to meet production goals.
6. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize operations. Lead and manage cross-functional teams.
7. Coordinates with technical and production team to meet the goals.
8. Assess and mitigate risks to protect the organization's assets and reputation.
9. Ensure adherence to quality standards.
10.Performs other related duties as required
