Operations Manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in the cosmetics or FMCG industry, and expertise in production, supply chain, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Manufacturing: Ensure smooth manufacturing processes, optimize production efficiency, and maintain high-quality standards.
Supply Chain & Logistics: Manage inventory, procurement, and distribution to ensure seamless operations.
Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards for skincare, cosmetics, and oral care manufacturing.
Team Management: Lead and motivate production and operations teams to achieve performance targets.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvements and implement best practices for efficiency and cost savings.
Vendor & Client Coordination: Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and clients to meet project timelines and deliverables.
Budget & Cost Management: Optimize operational costs while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in operations, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, oral care, or FMCG manufacturing.
Skills:

Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and manufacturing best practices.
Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
