Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and motivated CRM Tool Specialist to manage, configure, and optimize our CRM systems. This role will be responsible for ensuring that our CRM tool meets the needs of the organization and enables a smooth and efficient experience for managing customer relationships, sales, and marketing operations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • CRM Configuration & Administration:
    • Configure and customize the CRM tool (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) according to the organization's needs.
    • Maintain and monitor CRM system performance and ensure it operates smoothly.
    • Regularly update CRM data to keep information current and accurate.
  • User Support & Training:
    • Provide training and ongoing support for CRM users across departments (sales, marketing, customer support).
    • Address user queries and troubleshoot any issues with the CRM system.
    • Create user guides, training materials, and best practice documentation.
  • Data Management:
    • Ensure accurate data entry and data quality within the CRM system.
    • Perform regular data cleansing, merging duplicates, and correcting errors.
    • Manage CRM data import/export processes as needed.
  • Integration & Automation:
    • Integrate CRM with other software systems (e.g., email marketing platforms, ERP systems).
    • Set up and manage automation rules for tasks such as lead scoring, follow-ups, and notifications.
    • Create and maintain automated workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Generate and analyze reports on sales activities, customer behavior, and marketing performance.
    • Monitor key CRM metrics (e.g., lead conversion, customer retention rates) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
    • Provide periodic CRM system health reports to management.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM features, best practices, and technologies.
    • Proactively suggest improvements to CRM processes, workflows, and functionalities.
