Regional Manager (Opticals) - Coimbatore

Role & responsibilities

• Strategy & Sales: Develop and execute regional business strategies, meet sales targets, and drive revenue growth.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop sales and operations teams across the region.
• Operations: Manage daily operations, inventory, and product availability for optimal performance.
• Customer Service: Ensure top-notch customer service and manage customer satisfaction.
• Financial Management: Oversee the regional budget, monitor financial performance, and optimize costs.
• Marketing: Collaborate with marketing to execute regional campaigns and increase brand visibility.
• Reporting: Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior leader.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Optometry, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in sales/management within the optical or retail industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
• Experience in managing large teams or multi-location optical stores.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and retail analytics.
• Strong understanding of optical sales trends and customer behaviour.
