Opticals Sales Executive - Coimbatore

Role & responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing glasses, lenses, and accessories.
• Measure for proper fit and recommend eyewear based on customer needs.
• Process sales and handle payments.
• Maintain clean and organised eye wear displays.
• Manage inventory and restock products.
• Provide outstanding customer service and handle inquiries.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in sales or retail is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of current eye wear trends and optical products (frames, lenses, contact lenses)
• Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets.
• Basic computer skills to process orders and manage inventory.
