No job security, they don't respect educated and professional, full of politics, they can throw you out anytime without any notice, no respect, plz dont join ASG even if they offer you good salary, they can spoil your reputation and torture you to the highest level. The usual working hours are 9:30 hours, which is too much for a day also you have to work extra hours without extra pay if required, worst management, rotational shifts are quite frustrating, no life after office due to rotational shifts, without any notice just random immediate termination, no proper training given to new joiners they have to learn everything themselves and survive a political extreme toxic environment, ASG Hospital is full of Toxic and challenging environment I don't recommend anyone to ever join this company, they will ruin your reputation and reputed career anytime so avoid working here and don't join at any cost instead find a good company to work for with good employee reviews, Thanks for reading 😊
