Position Summary:

Gintaa is seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer CTO to lead its technology strategy, product development, and engineering teams. The CTO will be responsible for driving innovation, ensuring platform scalability, maintaining high security and compliance standards, and optimizing technological resources to support the companys ambitious growth plans. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to build and scale robust digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Strategy and Innovation: Define and execute Gintaa’s long-term technology vision, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Platform Development and Scalability: Oversee the architecture, development, and maintenance of Gintaa’s food-tech platform, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Team Leadership and Culture: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Security and Compliance: Implement industry best practices for data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• AI and Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage AI, machine learning, and analytics to enhance user experience, optimize delivery logistics, and improve business performance.
• Technical Operations and Infrastructure: Ensure robust cloud infrastructure, efficient DevOps practices, and seamless integration of third-party services.
• Collaboration with Product and Business Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to enhance platform features and customer engagement.
• Cost Optimization and Budgeting: Manage technology budgets efficiently while ensuring cost-effective scalability and infrastructure management.
• Strategic Partnerships: Identify and manage partnerships with technology vendors, SaaS providers, and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10+years in technology leadership roles, with experience in food-tech, e-commerce, or scalable digital platforms.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling technology platforms, leading engineering teams, and driving digital transformation.
• Expertise in Modern Technologies: Strong knowledge of cloud computing, microservices architecture, AI or ML, DevOps, cybersecurity, and agile development practices.
• Hands-on Technical Leadership: Deep experience in software development, database management, and system architecture.
• Problem-Solving and Innovation: Ability to anticipate industry trends, solve complex technical challenges, and drive continuous innovation.
• Stakeholder and Investor Communication: Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including investors and executive leadership.
