Talent Specialist

• Ascendion is looking for Talent Specialist to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
• Talent Acquisition:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective job descriptions
• Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc) to attract and engage potential candidates
• Screen and assess candidates through interviews, skill assessments, and other evaluation methods
• Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers
• Facilitate the offer negotiation process and onboard new hires
• Employer Branding:Contribute to the development and promotion of the organization's employer brand
• Participate in career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility
• Employee Development and Engagement:Assist in creating and implementing employee development programs and initiatives
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employees' skills and knowledge
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations
• Talent Management:Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles and future needs
• Identify high-potential employees and contribute to succession planning efforts
• Collaborate with HR and management on employee retention strategies
• Data Analysis:Utilize HR analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition and development programs
• Provide data-driven insights to optimize recruitment and retention efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
