Lead Product Designer - Figma/Sketch (4-12 yrs)

From optimizing the booking experience on mobile apps to fine-tuning the interface of internal tools for customer support teams, we work across various touchpoints to enhance every aspect of the user journey.

- We seek individuals who base product decisions on a deep understanding of user needs, backed by data and a solid grasp of the business context.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with product teams and designers to create exceptional user interfaces.

- Present design ideas visually to ensure clarity and ease of use.

- Effectively market and promote features so users understand their value.

- Communicate design concepts and rationale clearly through both verbal and visual means.

- Design mobile interfaces (UI/UX) for apps and web products, including B2B dashboards and marketing landing pages.

- Conduct user research to derive actionable insights and integrate them into functional designs.

- Collaborate with the lead product designer on cross-platform mobile app designs (iOS and Android).

- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of your designs.

- Stay current with new design techniques and technologies, continuously building on your expertise.

- Organize and maintain a repository of design assets and share with relevant teams.

- Document design processes and decisions for future reference and consistency.

- Participate regularly in product and design meetings.

- Manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Design/Engineering (CS/IT) from top-tier institutions or a self-taught designer with a proven portfolio.

- Over 6 years of design experience, specifically with B2C app-based products, including web and mobile translations.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience designing end-to-end product flows.

- In-depth understanding of product design principles and the ability to analyze user behavior.

- Strong customer-centric design thinking, coupled with a data-driven approach.

- Proven experience in delivering consistent designs across multiple product lines.

- Ability to create pixel-perfect, detail-oriented interfaces.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- A strong creative vision aligned with business objectives.

- Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle (a plus).

- Experience with health and fitness apps is desirable.

- Expertise in visual design, interaction design, and creating emotionally engaging products.

- Familiarity with user interface design methodologies, especially for mobile applications.

- Experience conducting usability and sanity testing of products and features.

- Ability to maintain and improve design language and ensure consistency across the product.

- Strong collaboration skills with content writers to enhance user experience with clear UX writing.

- Proficiency in design software like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and others.

- Animation or interaction design experience is a plus.

- Strong understanding of information architecture, usability analysis, and user-centered design principles.

Tools & Skills :

- Design skills : Ideation, process flow planning, UI/UX design, user research, data-driven decision-making, illustration/character design (bonus points).

- Tools : Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, PowerPoint/Keynote, Adobe Illustrator.
