Finance Controller - Retail - CA (4-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to drive business efficiency.

- Ensure accurate financial reporting as per IFRS, GAAP, and Indian accounting standards.

- Oversee tax compliance, including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

- Manage external and internal audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory and governance norms.

- Optimize cash flow, working capital, and fund management for financial stability.

- Strengthen internal controls to prevent financial risks, fraud, and inefficiencies.

- Drive automation and process improvements in financial reporting and accounting systems.

- Collaborate with leadership, investors, banks, and cross-functional teams for strategic initiatives.

- Monitor cost structures, profitability, and financial risks, providing actionable insights.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: 5+ years in financial controlling, accounting, or financial management.

- Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial reporting, IFRS/GAAP, taxation, and ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or similar).

- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.

- Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to manage finance teams and collaborate cross-functionally.

- Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and financial discipline.
