Job Description
- Quality Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of knits fabric during and after the production process to ensure they meet the required quality standards, including visual checks for defects, color consistency, and fabric integrity.
- Testing and Reporting: Execute all testing requirements for buyer developments and bulk production programs, including in-house lab tests for development samples, greige and finished samples, counter samples, and production samples.
- Sample Analysis and Reporting: Analyze standards and samples provided by customers, including FPT and GPT as per Order Risk Assessment (ORA) protocols. Generate detailed reports to track and communicate the results.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Effectively interact and communicate with technical, development, and production teams to resolve any issues and enhance overall product quality.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions, preparing reports for management review and audits.
